Unlike other surgeries a facelift must be individualized and tailored to the patient’s needs. The goal of a facelift is to give the patient a more youthful appearance. However, the result should never look “done” or “pulled”. In fact, Dr. Marshak’s goal in facelift surgery is that no one will know that the patient had surgery. This involves meticulous planning and careful suturing. A full facelift will address the forehead, the cheeks and jowls, and the neck. However, in some patients, a partial facelift is all that is required to address their needs.
